I used to always laugh at my dad because of his trifecta of celebity death theory...you know, when one famous person dies, two more just have to follow. But this week proves the celebrity trifecta of death to be true. How often do two former world leaders and a legendary musical artist all die in the same week?

The final week of 2006 brought us the ultimate celebrity trifecta of death:
1. James Brown
2. President Gerald Ford
3. Saddam Hussein

I almost feel sorry for all the journalists on vacation who got called back to their respective newsrooms to cover this trifecta!
